Our Return Policy

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Any requests received after this period will not be accepted.

Only products in their original, unopened packaging that have not been used or tampered with are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please note: if you are returning your entire order, any complimentary sample included must also be returned. Otherwise, a deduction of $10 will be applied to your refund.

Items that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned for a refund or exchange. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately to file a report and provide details. Realm Scents will then review the information and determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether the product qualifies as defective and is eligible for return.

Only purchases made directly from realmscents.ae qualify for returns. Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser and original payment method.
For orders placed using a voucher, a replacement voucher will be issued with the same expiration date as the original, provided it has not yet expired.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or damaged.
Please note that sale items, special orders, engraved, or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returned products must include the original box, packaging materials, and a copy of the shipping invoice. Realm Scents is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages.
