Payment Methods

To complete your purchase on www.realmscents.ae, you will be asked to select a payment method for the products in your shopping bag and any applicable charges. Depending on your shipping destination, one or more supported payment options will be available.

Purchased products and standard delivery fees (when applicable) are billed in the official currency of the destination country (i.e., the currency of the country selected on www.realmscents.ae).
Currently supported currencies include OMR, KWD, BHD, SAR, GBP, EUR, and USD.

All orders are processed by Realm Scents LLC, Dubai. Please note that your card issuer or payment provider may apply additional international banking charges. Realm Scents LLC has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their value.
If your payment method or card is not denominated in the same currency as your order, the final price will be converted and charged in your card’s currency, as determined by your card issuer’s exchange rate.

Once your payment has been verified and authorization is received from your card issuer, your order will be processed.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable, you will be notified via email or phone. If your order contains multiple items, you may choose to cancel the full order for a complete refund or proceed with the available items. In such cases, only the cost of the shipped items and relevant delivery fees will be charged.

All duties and VAT are excluded from Product Value. However, duties and VAT would be mentioned separately in the Total Order Value. However, in certain countries, additional customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer. Realm Scents LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.
